Yes, you need to let us know when to remove the dumpster. We do not automatically remove the dumpster at the end of the included rental period.

Items cannot be over the top of the dumpster. We will get cited by the police if we are riding on the roadway with items over the top. If we cannot pick a dumpster up due to it being filled past the top edge, trip charges will be applied.

You may order an additional dumpster by calling our office. The replacement dumpster will be billed according to standard rates.

Generally speaking, you cannot dispose of hazardous wastes in your dumpster.  Please contact our office about any items you are uncertain about.

The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire dumpster placement site. It is highly recommended that the customer protect any surface where the dumpster is going with 2” x 10” planks.

Yes, your dumpster rental will have a hinged back door that will swing open. Eight feet of clearance is required to open door fully.

If you keep your dumpster rental beyond the first two weeks there will be an additional $25 per week charge (no prorating). There is no discount for early dumpster removal within the first two week rental period.

It is not necessary to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the dumpster. However, please be as detailed as possible when answering the delivery questions, as the driver will use their judgment and place the dumpster in the safest accessible area. For removal the customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster on the scheduled pick-up day. If the dumpster is inaccessible the customer is subject to an additional pick-up charge, as terms and conditions apply.

Our dumpster delivery trucks require ten feet wide access for mirrors. Please refer to the dumpster rental dimensions listed on our home and service area pages. Also, consider eight feet of clearance is required to fully open the dumpster door.

If the dumpster is placed on public property (i.e. street or parking lot) then a dumpster permit is required. Some cities and towns also require a dumpster permit for private property. Please contact your local government for more information regarding dumpster permitting.

No, we never charge extra fees for dumpster delivery or dumpster pick-up.

No, before calling for a quote ask your roofing contractor how many “square” are needed for the job and how many layers are on the current roof. This information will allow us to give you more accurate pricing and determine what size dumpster you need.

Yes, if your tonnage goes over the included tons quoted in your order you will be charged additional costs prorated per ton.
